2. Payments

Payments must be made as agreed prior to the commencement of services or according to the agreed payment schedule.

3. Refunds

Due to the nature of our services, refunds are generally not provided once work has commenced or services have been delivered.

In exceptional circumstances, refund requests may be considered at our sole discretion.

4. Cancellations

Clients may request cancellation of services before work has started. Once a project has begun, cancellation may incur charges for work already completed.

5. Non-Refundable Services

The following are non-refundable once delivered or in progress:

6. Chargebacks

Initiating a chargeback without prior communication may result in suspension of services and potential legal action.
